Privacy Policy

This policy covers the DRC App Studio website (drcappstudio.com). Each of our apps has its own policy, because each one handles information differently:

Apps not listed here link to their own policy from inside the app and from their App Store listing.

How our apps are built

None of our apps require an account, and none of them ship an analytics SDK. What you do in an app stays on your device unless the app’s own policy says otherwise. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, so we never see your payment details. Free versions show ads from Google, which collects the device data described in each app’s policy.

Website

The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. It is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.

Children

Our apps and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you have concerns about a child’s use of our apps, contact us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as Brazil’s LGPD, the EU and UK GDPR, or California’s CCPA may give you the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to how it is used. We do not keep personal information about app users on our own systems, so most of this is handled by your device settings and by Apple or Google directly. We are still happy to help with any request.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. See also the Terms of Use.
