Terms of Use

DRC App Studio apps are licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). The Standard EULA governs your use of our apps. The terms below add details specific to our apps, and do not limit any rights the Standard EULA or local law gives you.

Purchases and subscriptions

• All purchases are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, at the price shown in your local currency.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Use Restore purchases in the app to unlock items you bought on another device with the same Apple account.

Virtual items

Coins, heroes and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the app.

Advertising

Free versions of our apps show ads from third parties. Ad-free purchases remove the ads described in each app’s store. Optional rewarded ads may remain available.

Blackjack Trainer

Blackjack Trainer is for practice and entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, and it does not guarantee any result at a real casino table.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
